Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, this position combines quality assurance, testing, and application development responsibilities. You will validate ServiceNow modules, forms, catalog items, workflows, and integrations, while testing APIs, web applications, and client-server applications. Collaboration supports business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test and validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations
- Create, execute, and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Validate APIs, web services, and application data exchanges
- Participate in deployments, upgrades,



and release validation activities
- Collaborate with users, analysts, developers, and vendors

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Three years of relevant software testing or development experience
- ServiceNow testing experience across modules and integrations
- Python and C# programming experience
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, JSON, and SQL
