The work centers on sourcing, screening, candidate communication, and hiring coordination across multiple openings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source marketers across LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, boards, and referrals
- Write outreach and refresh targeted job postings
- Run screening calls and score candidates consistently
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and case studies
- Keep candidates, managers, Breezy, and ClickUp updated

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Recent experience hiring marketers based in the United States
- Experience managing three or more open roles concurrently
- Daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate calls
- C1/C2 English and six-hour US East Coast overlap
