This permanent, full time Sales Representative position serves multiple clients throughout each day. You will provide product knowledge, respond to coverage requests, and represent clients’ best interests. The work includes explaining individualized policies through the Needs Analysis system and learning updated products, services, and policies from management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist existing and prospective clients throughout each day
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Accept customer calls and return customer calls
- Respond to coverage requests while representing client interests
- Create and explain individualized policies through Needs Analysis
