This Lead Engineer role supports meeting room systems, conferencing technologies, digital signage, and integrated workplace solutions. You will develop the AV technology roadmap, lead complex initiatives, and resolve critical issues. The position partners with architecture, security, network, workplace, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop AV roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and investment priorities
- Resolve complex L3 collaboration technology issues
- Integrate AppSpace, Cisco Spaces, ServiceNow WSD, and monitoring
- Evaluate emerging solutions through technical proofs of concept
- Coordinate designs,

Requirements:

- Experience supporting large, complex AV environments
- Expertise across audio, video, infrastructure, and AV over IP
- Experience evaluating platforms and leading technical upgrades
- Vendor experience reviewing designs, proposals, and statements
