As a CAD Applications Specialist, you will support EXP’s IT Design Systems team and thousands of engineering professionals. Apply advanced expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud or Autodesk Forma. Configure applications, improve workflows, and solve complex technology challenges while collaborating across engineering and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced technical support for AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Troubleshoot complex Autodesk Construction Cloud and Forma issues
- Configure, maintain, and deploy design applications
- Develop CAD and BIM standards, templates, and configurations




- Train users and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

- Significant experience supporting and optimizing CAD solutions
- Advanced AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ACC or Forma proficiency
- Understanding of operating systems, workstations, servers, and networks
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
