Support employee mental health as a TELUS Health EAP Counsellor using short-term counselling and solution-focused practice. This is a permanent, full-time position.

You will provide counselling to diverse clients and their families through TELUS Health’s multidisciplinary EAP team. The work includes in-person, phone, and video sessions, supported by supervisors and collaborative colleagues. You will help clients address varied concerns while developing your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide short-term counselling across three to six sessions
- Support diverse clients through in-person, phone, or video appointments
- Manage administrative case requirements using simple clinical templates




- Set short-term objectives for counselling clients
- Clinically manage high-risk cases with empathy

Requirements:

- Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or human relations
- Membership in good standing with Quebec’s qualified order
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- Ability to use a solution-focused counselling approach
- French proficiency required; bilingualism is an asset
