Juniper Square is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to guide Treasury platform engineering. You will combine backend services, full-stack delivery, AI fluency, and technical mentorship. The team expands bank integrations, reporting, visualization, and vendor exports for treasury data and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set technical direction and own architecture from design through production
- Write production code across frontend and backend systems
- Lead migration from monolith toward service-oriented architecture
- Build AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop safeguards
- Monitor, diagnose,



and resolve production service issues

Requirements:

- 12+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering
- Deep expertise in Python, Node/TS, Java, C++, or C#
- Production experience with React, databases, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, reliability, and infrastructure as code
- Hands-on AI-native development experience and a bachelor's degree
