Lead complex VFX compositing with Nuke expertise while supporting 2D artists through guidance, issue resolution, and quality-focused teamwork.

Rodeo FX seeks a Compositing Lead with at least three years as a VFX Compositing Artist. The work spans pre-comps, lineups, 2D tracking, effects, keying, integration, and color correction. You will oversee artists, coordinate assignments, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Compositing Supervision and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Composite easy through complex shots across production stages
- Integrate 2D and 3D elements into photorealistic images
- Oversee artists and provide feedback against quality standards
- Plan assignments with Production according to workflow and timing
- Communicate issues, status, risks, and potential solutions promptly

Requirements:

- At least three years as a VFX Compositing Artist
- Excellent knowledge of Nuke software
- Knowledge of Shotgun
- Proficiency in photographic shooting, color, lighting, perspective, and composition
- Prioritization, deadline discipline, calmness, and mentoring ability
