You will create prompts, review AI responses, and improve model performance through structured iterations. The work spans summaries, question-and-answer content, synthesis tasks, and benchmarking. Clear communication and careful reasoning are central to the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create base prompts across generalist topics
- Review AI responses for clarity and accuracy
- Develop prompt-response iterations with varied styles
- Identify model failure points during benchmarking




- Apply quality standards across diverse content types

Requirements:

- Two or more years in research, education, writing, editing, or adjacent fields
- Communicate complex topics clearly and concisely
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Work independently with evolving task guidelines
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI-assisted writing tools preferred
