Apply aerospace loads, dynamics, and aeroelasticity expertise at Bombardier while supporting Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN migration and certification analysis.

This contract assignment supports an experienced aerospace engineering specialist migrating legacy MSC processes to Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN. You will reproduce historical analyses, validate equivalent workflows, compare certified results, and document approved replacement methodologies. The work covers flutter, aeroservoelasticity, gust loads, and dynamic landing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reproduce historical loads and aeroelasticity analyses using Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN
- Execute SOL 103, 112, 144, 145, and 146 analyses
- Compare, correlate, and document MSC and Siemens results
- Update and validate legacy DMAP workflows when required




- Prepare validation reports, technical memos, and correlation studies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Five or more years in aerospace analysis or certification
- Solid MSC Nastran and Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN experience
- Knowledge of flutter, gust loads, landing loads, and aeroservoelasticity
- Experience with DMAP, finite elements, MATLAB, or Python
