Support Framestore’s Montreal studio through Linux, Windows, storage, and infrastructure administration across North American facilities. This role includes on-call support.

As a Systems Support Administrator, you will escalate incidents, maintain physical and logical systems, and support artists’ workflows. Your work spans OS images, application packages, licensing services, render-farm software, enterprise storage, and file systems. The Systems team also supports cloud, virtualization, networking, workstations, and rendering infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide escalation support through JIRA service desk
- Administer OS images and Linux and Windows packages
- Manage license servers and related services




- Monitor infrastructure with Grafana and Nagios
- Update Confluence documentation and support technical projects

Requirements:

- Three or more years in level one IT or similar
- Hands-on hardware building, upgrading, and repair experience
- Red Hat, Windows, and OSX support and deployment
- Active Directory and basic scripting knowledge
- Robust customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
