Reporting to the Regional Director and General Manager, the Financial Controller works with autonomy in a professional hotel environment. The position supports financial matters, supervises accounting technicians, and coordinates with payroll and human resources. Responsibilities include reconciliations, tax remittances, budgeting, revenue validation, and year-end files.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support managers with financial-related matters as needed
- Train and supervise accounting technicians
- Review payables, expenses, contracts,



and approved payments
- Validate revenues, tenant billing, collections, and account requests
- Prepare budgets, reconciliations, tax remittances, and year-end files

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Hospitality industry experience
- Proficiency with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
- French-English bilingualism required
