Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $85/hour

Location: Remote U.S. or Canada only

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Work through realistic operations scenarios and explain your decision-making process
- Resolve conflicts between operational policies and justify chosen priorities
- Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems and identify root causes
- Explain factors that drive workflow adoption by sales and CS teams
- Flag ambiguous scenarios instead of making silent resolutions
- Configure and maintain CRM platforms and associated revenue tools
- Collaborate on workflow design and integration tradeoffs for improvements

Requirements

- At least 4 years in sales, revenue, or customer success operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and maintenance
- Familiarity with at least two tools beyond the CRM such as billing or ticketing
- Solid operational judgment to resolve policy conflicts
- Ability to articulate reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in diagnosing data issues across systems for accuracy
- Knowledge of SaaS operational practices and workflows
