Outlier invites English-speaking evaluators to engage in live dialogues with AI voice models, assess image and video outputs, and write precise explanations of what went wrong. You work remotely on your schedule, reviewing prompts, results, and abnormalities to help steer AI improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, keen attention to detail, and strong writing skills to describe findings clearly. Flexible, work from home with competitive hourly pay is offered.
