As a Financial Analyst – FP&A;, you will support operating expense planning and financial reporting. You will analyze results, maintain models, and partner with teams across RCL. The work provides exposure to advertising, freight, store operations, and business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support budgets and forecasts for operating expenses
- Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts
- Explain key variances to finance and business partners
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and summaries
- Assist with business cases and follow-up analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Two to three years’ related finance or analytical experience
- Interest in financial planning and analysis development
- Excel knowledge for financial analysis and reporting
- French and English bilingual communication ability
