The Project Accounting & PSA Analyst configures client contracts and SOWs within the PSA system. You will support billing, revenue recognition, project profitability, and financial reporting. The role requires project-based accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and collaboration across Finance and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review contracts, SOWs, and change orders for financial setup
- Configure billing structures, rates, milestones, and revenue recognition
- Support monthly revenue recognition and project accounting activities
- Review WIP, deferred revenue,



and unbilled revenue balances
- Reconcile PSA data with SAP and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three to six years of relevant accounting or analysis experience
- Understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
- Experience with PSA, ERP, or project accounting systems
- Advanced Excel and robust problem-solving abilities
