CMHA York Region is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care and mental health screening within a community program. The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage client care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an NP certificate, College of Nurses of Ontario registration, and at least four years RN experience, preferably with youth or mental health. Some work from home is available and occasional travel within York Region.
