About the Opportunity

- Job Title : Construction Labourer (Skilled)

- Openings : Two (2)

- Position Type : Full-time, Indefinite

- Hourly Wage :$23.00-$26.00 per hour**, based on experience and demonstrated skills

- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week :

- Overtime : Paid overtime when required (not routine)

- Pay Schedule : Bi-weekly

Responsibilities

- Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, saws, drills, and related construction equipment
- Assist with residential construction activities, including concrete prep, forming, and general carpentry support
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans in coordination with site leads
- Take initiative to solve on-site challenges and adapt to changing work conditions
- Perform installations and site setups as required for assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Follow company safety policies and Safe Job Procedures consistently

Requirements :

- Legally entitled to work in Canada. This position is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit. At this time, we are not able to sponsor work visas.




- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel between Winnipeg-area sites required)
- Previous construction experience (concrete or general carpentry preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of performing construction work in outdoor conditions
- Minimum PPE required: hardhat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and appropriate work clothing
