Summary:

- This is a contract position that requires you to support an individual in your home. Supports include supporting the individual to achieve personalized goals, maintain daily living skills, assist with budgeting, and maintain a regular routine.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
- A transparent criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
- Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days,



training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
- Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required for both home and auto.
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

Salary : $183/ 24hr period.
