Duties

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and documentation aligned with SDLC standards.
- Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems.
- Write complex queries using SQL, R, Python, and Bash (Unix shell) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Develop and maintain VBA macros and Visio diagrams to streamline workflows and documentation.
- Assist in database design, schema development, and data integrity assurance.
- Provide technical support for analytics initiatives involving statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.




- Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and Bash (Unix shell scripting).
- Experience with business analysis, database design, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts including analytics and reporting.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analysis capabilities.
- Prior experience working with Visio for process mapping or documentation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration or related field is preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered. Pay: $31,400.00-$62,000.00 per year
