Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

- Administration : showing of units, inspection reports, tenant communication
- Cleaning : ensure common areas are respectably clean throughout the week
- Maintenance : support office and trades for repairs and maintenance requirements
- Groundskeeping : ensure walkways are clear of debris, snow, and ice for safe passage and grounds are respectably clean throughout the week

Requirements :

- Secondary School Diploma
- MUST HAVE 3-5 years' experience as a Resident Manager preferred
- Must be able to complete physical activities such as cleaning, simple repairs, and seasonal landscaping and snow clearing
- Excellent customer service skills with skilled phone etiquette
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
