ABOUT FUTURESCAPE

Futurescape is a full-scope landscaping and outdoor services company based in Sudbury, Ontario with 27 in business, growing every single year. Every client we have ever earned, we earned the hard way: by doing the work right, standing behind it completely, and treating every single day like a job interview.

We are a multi-division company, design-build landscaping, year-round property maintenance, snow and ice operations, a bulk materials yard, and a natural stone quarry on Manitoulin Island. Our clients include Cambrian College, Laurentian University, and Health Sciences North. We have an amazing, loyal group of customers and our reputation exceeds our current capacity. That is exactly the problem we are solving.

HOW TO APPLY

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why this role is the right fit for you.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

For years, a small, dedicated team has been the financial backbone of this entire company, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, billing, and all of QuickBooks, while ensuring that not a single client has ever been overbilled and every invoice reflects work actually delivered. That level of discipline and integrity is part of what Futurescape is built on.

As our company grows we need to refocus our financial team. To make that transition possible, we need the right person to step in and own the administrative foundation.

- This is not a position to fill a desk. This is the role that keeps our administrative foundation running with the precision and integrity Futurescape is known for, and the hire that allows our financial leadership to grow with the company._

As Office Administrator, you are the first face and first voice of Futurescape.

You set the tone for every person who calls our office or walks through our door.
