We are seeking a motivated and organized Retail Supervisor & Admin Support to lead the day-to-day operations of our cider tasting bar and bottle shop. This role combines hospitality leadership, retail management, and administrative skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth retail operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest Experience

- Set the standard for premium customer service in the tasting room and retail space
- Connect our customers to the experience of the Annapolis valley and our brand
- Guide, train, and instruct retail staff to deliver excellent guest experiences

Retail & Operations

- Oversee retail inventory and coordinate stock replenishment
- Manage retail supplies and consumables




- Coordinate online orders and shipping of cider
- Oversee POS operations and reporting

Administration & Finance

- Manage tip tracking and distribution procedures
- Complete bank deposits and petty cash reconciliation
- Assist with company account reconciliation
- Coordinate staff scheduling
- Manage cider club memberships, including sign-ups and renewals,

Marketing & Communication

- Work closely with marketing and sales team to support promotions, social media, and events
- Provide feedback from tasting room to support marketing and product development
- Promote cider club membership growth and member events

Qualifications :

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or beverage service
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with wine, cider, brewery, or tasting room environments is an asset
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
