Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential for maintaining our financial accuracy and ensuring all regulatory filings are handled seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management : Maintain accurate records using Sage 50 Premium Accounting software.
- Payroll & Compliance : Process payroll, manage CRA source deductions , and issue Records of Employment (ROE) via government portals.
- Tax Filings : Prepare and submit GST filings and payments accurately and on time.
- Benefits Administration : Oversee and manage employee benefits programs.
- Administrative Support : Handle digital and physical filing, including scanning documents to maintain a paperless workflow where possible.

Qualifications & Skills

- Software Proficiency : Advanced experience with Sage 50 Premium is a must.
- Technical Savvy :



Comfortable navigating government websites and portals for payroll and tax purposes.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information with discretion.
- Requirements : Must be able to pass a criminal background check .

Schedule & Compensation

- Hours : 2-3 days per week (flexible schedule options available).
- Wage : Competitive hourly rate, to be negotiated based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
