We’re excited to announce that we are looking to add a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to our team.

This role is perfect for someone who is :

You will be supporting both sides of our business — beauty services and foot care/clinic appointments — which makes this position engaging and constantly moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key support person on our team, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly, including but not limited to:

- Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Booking, confirming, rescheduling, and managing beauty and foot appointments
- Handling payments and checkout (POS, invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Supporting daily studio/clinic operations,



organization, and administration
- Light restocking and maintaining a clean, polished front desk area

- Friendly, confident, and passionate about working with people
- Organized, efficient, and able to follow through on tasks
- Reliable and consistent (weekends are key)
- Comfortable using computers and learning current systems
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Interested in beauty/wellness

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Experience :

- Administrative: 4 years (preferred)
