Overview

Duties

- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Provide medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental, physical and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and protected environment through light cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety for both client and caregiver
- Document care provided accurately in compliance with facility policies
- Support families by providing updates on patient condition and care routines

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years experience in assisted living, nursing home or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, senior care, and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus




- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers
- Certification or training in medication administration is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn required
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; some positions may require evening or weekend availability
- Must pass background checks and adhere to all safety and health protocols

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
