The Director of Operations reports to the Vice President and leads manufacturing, painting, assembly, packaging, technical production support, and scheduling. This senior leader optimizes resources, develops management teams, and fosters continuous improvement. The mandate spans operating budgets, capacity, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead production operations against delivery schedules, budgets, and quality standards Optimize planning, scheduling, resources, and capacity across shifts Monitor performance indicators and implement productivity action plans Ensure quality, reduce defects,



and sustain corrective actions Develop production managers and technical support teams

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline Ten years manufacturing operations experience, including four managing managers Production planning experience within ERP or MRP environments Budget management, continuous improvement, and productivity optimization experience Qualified French and English proficiency, spoken and written Apply manufacturing leadership, scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement expertise to strengthen operations across two facilities and measurable performance objectives.
