Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Bilingual Technical Support and Sales Specialist to join a growing client-facing IT services environment in the L5S 0A1 area. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual English and French professional who enjoys combining technical support, customer service, product demonstrations, and hands-on installation work.

In this role, you will support clients through hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, training, and follow-up service. You will also partner with sales and marketing teams to support demonstrations and client engagement activities. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of IT support, technical customer service, or technical sales experience who wants a varied role with travel, client interaction, and opportunities to build technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client sites to install hardware and software, complete system setup, and provide follow-up technical support.
- Deliver product demonstrations, client onboarding, and user training in both English and French.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person while providing professional and timely support.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, networking, and system issues for end users.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client outreach, demonstrations, onboarding, and support activities.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, site visits, service activities, and client support details.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Work arrangement: Client-site visits required.
- Travel requirement: Travel to Quebec for up to one week per month.
