Residential Division Manager (Salary)

At The Kind Hearted Company , we believe strong teams create outstanding service. We are looking for a Residential Division Manager -a leadership position responsible for staff, client relationships, and day-to-day operations within our Residential Cleaning Division.

This role works directly under the Operations Manager and is designed as a long-term growth position, developing into full operational leadership of the division.

This role requires both hands on work in the field and office administration hours.

The Role

You will oversee the health of the division: the team, the clients, and the quality of service delivery.

You will lead supervisors and team leads while ensuring services run smoothly, problems are solved early, and clients feel supported.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

- Supervise, coach, and support residential staff and field leaders
- Conduct onboarding and training of new team members
- Hold performance and feedback meetings
- Coordinate staffing coverage and scheduling needs
- Maintain morale, accountability, and professionalism
- Participate in disciplinary processes when required

Operations Management

- Lead daily service operations and field execution
- Perform inspections and quality control checks
- Ensure company standards and safety procedures are followed
- Identify operational issues and help implement solutions
- Maintain supplies, equipment readiness, and service preparedness

Client Account Management

- Communicate with clients and property managers
- Manage ongoing and project-based service accounts
- Address concerns and resolve service issues
- Provide estimates and service planning support
- Coordinate accurate job details for invoicing

Administration & Reporting





- Track hours, reports, and operational documentation
- Report performance and operational updates to ownership
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings
- Support improvement of company systems and procedures

Compensation & Work Structure

- Salary : $54,080 per year
- Approximately 40 hours/week average (flexible based on operational needs)
- Mileage reimbursement for work travel
- Company-provided equipment and supplies

This is a salaried management role requiring flexibility and responsibility rather than clock-watching.

Growth Path

This position is intended to develop into Operations Management for the division as the company grows.

You will be mentored directly by the current Operations Manager.
