Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth start to their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Squirrel and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining etiquette when applicable.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage guest inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, process payments, and provide receipts while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements : Must be 19 and have your serving it right certificate

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.




- Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling accurately.
- Experience with serving in a fast-paced environment that involves upselling, cashiering, bussing, or host/hostess duties is advantageous.
