Leasing Professional - Low-Rise Urban Portfolio (Toronto)

Location : Downtown Toronto, ON

Job Type :Full-Time / Contract Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 + Bonus

The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Leasing Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will be responsible for showcasing our properties, managing leasing activity, and helping maintain high occupancy across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing efforts, including posting & tracking listings, social media
- Conduct property tours and effectively showcase available suites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
- Track leasing metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Assist property management coordinating maintenance tickets and resolving them

Qualifications





- Residential real estate leasing and/or sales experience is preferred (but not necessary)
- Must have your own vehicle or transportation to travel between properties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible schedule as needed
- Familiarity with Toronto rental market is an asset
- Proficiency with leasing platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
