Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in both operations and business development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role combines client-facing sales, operations coordination, and relationship management .

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

- Coordinate scheduling and support day-to-day operations
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Manage client relationships and respond to service needs
- Support operational efficiency and service delivery

Sales & Business Development

- Generate and bring in new leads
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients
- Conduct client outreach and relationship building




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Attend site walkthroughs and client meetings
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client records

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, or related fields
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive work style
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in Property Management
- Experience in the Cleaning and Janitorial Industry
