Studio Space Trade: Looking for a Social Media Manager (Standby Access)

We own a fully equipped photographic rental studio, and we are looking for a talented local Social Media Manager for a mutually beneficial retainer trade.

What We Need:

- Social media management (Instagram/TikTok), including 3 Reels/posts per week.
- Active community outreach to local photographers, videographers, podcasts channels, community services, charities, boutiques, brands and more.
- Growth strategies to increase our monthly bookings.
- SEO and Analytic Optimization
- Maximizing Google and other Web Outreach

Duties

- Manage and grow social media accounts using tools like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Create compelling visual content using Canva, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and Google Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Experience

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing Instagram Advertising campaigns or other paid social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail in content creation.

Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing efforts effectively.
