The Mission : You won’t just be "finding leads." You’ll be a visionary consultant helping homeowners and investors unlock massive value on their property. You’ll be the face of our innovative micro-home solutions, guiding clients from their first spark of interest to the final "hand-over-the-keys" moment.

What You Bring to the Table :

- The Closer Instinct : You have 5+ years of battle-tested direct sales experience. You know how to navigate objections, build genuine trust, and—most importantly—bring the deal home.
- Marketing Savvy : You don't just wait for the phone to ring. You understand how to leverage local marketing, social proof, and showcasing events to keep your pipeline full.

This position is a commissioned position. You will be rewarded with an aggressive compensation plan. You will begin working at the home and garden show on the weekend of the 26th of Febuary, 2026
