Job Summary We’re looking for a high-performance, commission-driven sales professional to help expand our Security Window Film division across the GTA.

This role is for someone competitive, confident, and not afraid to hear “no” 20 times to get to the right “yes.”

If you’re comfortable knocking doors, starting conversations, and generating your own opportunities — this position can be extremely lucrative.

This is not a salary role. This is performance-based income with no cap.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Prospecting residential neighbourhoods and commercial plazas
- Speaking directly with homeowners and business owners
- Booking qualified, in-person security film estimates
- Submitting accurate lead information
- Hitting a minimum of 5 booked estimates per week

You generate the opportunity. We handle quoting and installation.

Compensation :

- 15% commission on closed projects
- Typical commission per job: $300-$1500+
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid after job completion and payment received

Top performers can generate strong weekly income. Results depend on effort and consistency.
