Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using POS systems.
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, lounge areas, and retail spaces.
- Assist with product demos and upselling of spa products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
- Support the scheduling of appointments via phone or digital booking systems, ensuring efficient time management.
- Ensure proper inventory management of retail products and supplies.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a relaxing environment conducive to guest comfort.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.




- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude consistently.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demonstrations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales concepts is beneficial but not required.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
