- Pulling and validating data directly from ERP systems

- Improving processes by replacing manual work with smarter, system-driven approaches
What You Bring
- 5+ years in inventory, supply chain, or demand planning roles

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience managing or analyzing thousands of SKUs :
- Deep understanding of inventory turns, forecasting, and purchasing logic
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes
Performance Bonus

- Improvement in inventory turns
- Reduction in excess and obsolete inventory
- Working capital optimization
- Accuracy and effectiveness of demand planning
This structure is designed to reward real, measurable improvements —not just activity.
What Makes You Stand Out
- You connect systems, data, and decisions without friction
- You challenge assumptions and improve how things are done
- You focus on outcomes, not just outputs
- You are comfortable working both in the details and at a strategic level
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6-12 months:
- Inventory levels better aligned with actual demand
- Clear, consistent, data-driven purchasing decisions
- Reduction in excess and aging inventory
