Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located at our waterfront office at 85 Dallas Road, Victoria, BC. The Sales Representative will focus on engaging with prospective and existing customers to help meet their boating needs. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, generating sales leads, closing sales, and developing customer relationships. Other tasks include managing sales-related administrative duties and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the company’s product lines effectively.

- A genuine passion for rowing, sailing, water sports, and outdoor lifestyles (rowing or sailing experience is a strong asset)




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them find the right product
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to company growth

Requirements :

- Previous sales experience
- Must be able to work on-site in Victoria, BC (this is not a remote position)
- Interest in rowing, boating or marine products preferred

Compensation

$50,000 base salary plus commission with total earnings potential exceeding $100,000.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
