We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and has hands-on experience managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

Experience with commercial lending transactions is considered an asset but not required.

The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will independently manage a broad range of real estate files while working closely with lawyers, clients, lenders, and realtors to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including:

- Purchases and sales

- Refinances

- Court-ordered sales

- Family transfers

- Private lender transactions

- Prepare, review, and manage conveyancing documentation

- Conduct title, due diligence, and related searches

- Coordinate with clients, lenders,



financial institutions, and realtors throughout the transaction process

- Maintain accurate and organized file records

- Assist with additional real estate and administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of conveyancing experience
- Robust working knowledge of eConveyance, BC Online and MyLTSA
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in a busy practice

Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour
