Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-performance operator to own the Manitoba market for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). This is not a desk job. You will be responsible for: Securing building access (ROEs) Prefielding and validating sites, Driving new opportunities and revenue. You are the tip of the spear—the person who opens doors, qualifies buildings, and sets projects up for execution.

What You’ll Own :

- Build and manage a pipeline of MDU opportunities across Manitoba.
- Engage landlords, property managers, and developers to secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements
- Conduct prefield site walks (access points, risers, pathways, constraints)Identify risks early and align with engineering/construction teamsSupport early-stage sales conversations and close opportunities
- Maintain accurate tracking of buildings, access status, and progress
- Work closely with internal teams to move projects into execution quickly

What We’re Looking For :

- Experience in telecom, construction, or MDU environments
- Strong ability to close deals and build relationships
- Comfortable being in the field
- Ability to read buildings, identify pathways, and think practically
- Self-starter with high ownership mindset—no hand-holding
- Organized and capable of managing multiple buildings and stakeholders

- High volume of signed ROEs
- Clean, accurate prefield data that reduces construction issues




- Strong pipeline of ready-to-build MDU projects
- Fast turnaround from first contact → signed access → build-ready

Requirements :

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License :

- Reliable vehicle for daily travel

- Legally entitled to work in Canada

- Fluent in English

- Experience in fiber optics, telecom, or related infrastructure :

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude :

- Comfortable working on ladders, aerial platforms, or confined spaces (if required) :

- Criminal Record Check required
