The Chance

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team, specializing in Auto and Home insurance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys educating clients, and is motivated to grow a book of business while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Sales

- Provide expert advice on auto and home insurance products tailored to client needs
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement

Client Service & Retention

- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries efficiently
- Deliver a simple, clear, and educational client experience
- Support claims processes and advocate for clients when needed

Business Development

- Actively participate in agency marketing initiatives and community events
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base

What You Bring





- Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta)
- 1-3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (auto & home preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural ability to build trust and simplify complex information
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong accountability
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office technology
