Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with product selections
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with precision
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store environment is inviting
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement
- Support team members through effective time management and organizational skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and customer privacy

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service,



or related fields is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to meet daily goals
