What This Role Is All About

Key Responsibilities : Outside Sales (Primary Focus)

- Build relationships with asphalt maintenance contractors, line striping companies, property managers, and public works departments.
- Generate new opportunities by introducing Roadly’s products and understanding customer needs.
- Attend trade shows occasionally if desired (optional).

Inside Sales (Supporting Role)

- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for customers.
- Follow up on open quotes, incomplete purchases, and abandoned carts to help customers move forward confidently.
- Provide basic product recommendations and guidance.




- Keep customer notes, opportunities, and activities updated in Zoho CRM.

What You Bring

- 1-3 years of sales experience (inside or outside).
- A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine enjoyment of talking to people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- CRM experience (Zoho is an asset).
