Job Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, focusing on upselling opportunities.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed correctly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management tasks,



including stock counts and product ordering.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge relevant to our offerings is a plus.
