As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting our Architecture & Design (A&D;) and Sales teams by ensuring clients receive the right samples on time, organized, and ready to support their design decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

You’ll be responsible for managing sample inventory, coordinating requests, performing wall board updates and delivering materials to clients, while maintaining robust relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to support client-facing teams, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in design and millwork, this could be a great fit.

This role sits within our Specifications Team and is focused on enhancing the client experience through productive sample management and logístical support.

Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba

What You'll Be Doing :

- Coordinating sample requests from A&D; and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Ordering sampling materials from vendor partners and managing delivery timelines.
- Preparing and shipping samples to clients based on project deadlines.
- Maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients regarding sample availability, inventory levels, and shipment updates.
- Organizing and maintaining sample inventory, ensuring all materials are labeled, tracked, and easy to access.
- Traveling to client locations to deliver samples and support relationship-building efforts.
- Collaborating closely with A&D; and Sales teams to support client needs and special requests.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sample management processes and overall efficiency.
- Staying up to date on new product lines and materials to better support client needs.
- Wallboard updates in A&D; and millworker locations

What You Bring :

- 1+ year of experience in a merchandising, customer service, or similar support role (asset).
- Post-secondary education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an asset.
- Interest in design, millwork, or building materials (asset).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, tasks, and physical space effectively.
- Professional and polite communication style with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- A continuous desire to learn and build product knowledge.

Must have : A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, as this role involves travel to client locations.
