- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and stock arrangements
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during shifts
Skills
