We are a custom woodworking and architectural millwork company seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate to generate current business and build relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and homeowners.
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential for a driven sales professional.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Identify millwork opportunities in residential and commercial projects
- Review plans and coordinate estimates
- Follow up on bids and close sales
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (construction, cabinetry, millwork preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Industry contacts are a plus
Uncapped commissions | Flexible schedule | High earning potential

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
