What You’ll Do :

- Support the sales and operations team by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials are available.
- Process and review orders for accuracy (pricing, discounts, product numbers) and coordinate timely delivery.




- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences from sales through to delivery.
- Maintain our CRM system for accuracy.
- Help promote our products and services to new and existing customers.
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You Bring :

- 2+ years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of day-to-day duties.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Friendly and skilled communication style with a positive attitude
- Clean Criminal Record
- Canadian resident elligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar experience in a similar role is asset
- High School Diploma with additional Post Secondary
