About the Role

We are looking for a proven sales performer who can manage existing accounts, generate current business, and build long-term customer relationships.

This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role requiring daily job site visits, phone calls and texts, consistent follow-up, and strong closing ability.

This is not an entry-level position .

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Managing and growing an existing book of business
- Prospecting and closing new accounts
- Visiting customers and job sites daily
- Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Following up on orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Driving repeat business through strong relationship management

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

- 3-5+ years of sales experience in construction or related industry :

- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets :

- Strong understanding of construction consumables (especially in the areas of concrete, stone, tools, safety equipment, etc.)

- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

- Laptop

- Mobile Phone

What Success Looks Like

- Typical target :$45,000+ in monthly sales ,



with strong upside for high performers
- Consistent customer visits and pipeline development
- Ability to maintain strong margins (not just volume)

Compensation

- Base salary + uncapped commission (10%-20% of gross profit) :

- Mileage reimbursement (CRA rate)

- Future performance bonuses

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour workday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Hybrid: office/warehouse + field work
