DESCRIPTION :

- Lead and oversee all daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency and a high standard of execution- Supervise, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales consultants and support staff- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity (Excel, apps, or scheduling software)- Maintain accurate employee time tracking and payroll entries using Payworks- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and sign off on incoming deliveries- Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually aligned with company standards- Support and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets- Actively engage with customers, assist with sales as needed, and handle escalated concerns professionally- Open and close the showroom, ensuring all operational and security procedures are followed- Track and report on sales performance, team productivity,
